Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship the same or next business day. U.S. delivery is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+. Otherwise it’s a simple $4.99 flat rate anywhere in the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
From this store we currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re in Europe, please visit our EU shop at trailsandtees.de.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the packing slip, so it’s gift-ready out of the box.
Can I track my order?
Yes—tracking is emailed as soon as your package ships. Didn’t get it? Check spam or contact us and we’ll resend it.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
We’ve got your back. Email us a quick photo and order number within 7 days and we’ll replace it ASAP.
Products & Sizing
What tees do you use?
We print on Gildan Softstyle 64000—a comfy, soft, 100% cotton tee that holds up mile after mile.
How are the designs printed?
DTG (direct-to-garment) with eco-friendly inks for a soft hand and crisp detail. Many designs feature a subtle vintage/grunge look by design.
How do I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly on the print.
Are your shirts unisex?
Yes—relaxed unisex fit. For a closer women’s fit, many customers size down one. Check the Size Guide on each product for exact measurements.
Do you offer women’s or plus sizes?
Most designs run from XS–3XL (some to 5XL). Availability can vary by color. If your size is missing, ping us—we’ll try to add it.
