At Trails&Tees, our goal is simple: we want you to love your order. Because each item is made to order just for you, most of our products are non-returnable. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any order that arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.
🛍️ Eligibility for a Refund
- You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 30 days of your purchase
- The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it
To request a refund, please contact us at info@trailsandtees.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design by mistake
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Used or washed items
- Customized or personalized products (which includes most of our catalog)
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a refund and would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after the return is accepted.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days, feel free to reach out to us.
